You can cancel standard gear purchases or booking reservations under the following guidelines:
We maintain high manufacturing quality standards. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect size variation:
PAYU REFUND SETTLEMENTS
Once a cancellation is approved or a returned item undergoes a quality check at our warehouse, we will initiate a refund. All approved refunds are processed and credited back to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet) used during checkout.
🔄 Refund credit timeline: 5 to 7 business working days (depending on your bank's processing cycles).
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a direct consequence of a packing/delivery error from our end (e.g., damaged or incorrect product dispatch). The cost of return shipping for size/preference exchanges will be borne by the customer.
