Welcome to the digital grid of THEESMA SPORTS ENTERPRISE. By accessing our platform, registering an athlete profile, booking competitive fixtures, or purchasing from our performance arsenal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
These Terms govern your use of the website theesmasports.com and all related subdomains (including our play and booking subdomains). By purchasing equipment or booking events, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to engage with our commercial services.
To purchase certain items or register for sports fixtures, you must set up an account profile. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account password. Any suspicious access must be flagged immediately to our operations grid. We reserve the right to suspend accounts displaying abusive or unauthorized automated behavior.
All prices shown on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of standard GST unless specifically stated otherwise. Prices are subject to real-time adjustments depending on batch availability and logistics parameters. In the event of pricing errors due to system discrepancies, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
All online payments are securely captured and handled through PayU. You agree to provide valid billing and card information, and represent that you have legal permission to use the selected payment instrument. In the event of payment authorization failure, your order or booking will be automatically cancelled.
The intellectual properties—including logos, product specifications, page layouts, text descriptions, custom 3D web features, and proprietary compiled code structures—remain the exclusive property of Theesma Sports Enterprise. Unauthorized distribution, copying, or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited under legal guidelines.
Theesma Sports Enterprise shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our physical equipment or digital services, including athletic injuries sustained during events, save for liability mandated under consumer protection laws of India.
These operating terms and agreements are formulated and governed under the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of transactions, services, or platform usage shall be strictly subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
